
Chuck, as he is called by his friends and associates, grew up in Panama City and attended Florida State University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1967. After graduation, Chuck was employed by a major oil company and held several positions with the company in Atlanta, Georgia. While employed Chuck received a Master of Business Administration degree from Georgia College in 1975.
From 1978 until 1982, he worked in his employer's headquarters in Chicago, Illinois as a specialist in planning and economics. In 1982, Chuck received his Juris Doctor degree from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago. Thereafter he continued to work as a corporate Real Estate attorney. In 1983, Chuck returned to Panama City to open his practice of law at 434 Magnolia Avenue. Continuing to build upon the valuable experience, Chuck practices in the areas of civil litigation, corporate and commercial law, real estate transactions and estate planning, including wills, trusts and probate. Chuck is admitted to practice before both State court and Federal court (Northern District, United States District Court) and is a member of the Florida Bar and the Illinois Bar.
Chuck has been voted Reader's Choice Best of Bay for the years 1998 to 2003 in the Panama City News Herald contest in the category of Best Attorney. Chuck divides his time between the Beach and Downtown Offices.
